Annabel Pardy

Hi there, I'm Annabel and I am a 2020 Graphic Design graduate from Durham College.
I was always the kid in class who would never colour in between the lines and hated doing arts and crafts. At first I wanted to be a family doctor, but that didn't quite work out for me. I then took a class in high school where we used some Adobe programs to create cool projects. I was instantly hooked and wanted more!
One thing lead to another and all of a sudden I'm at DC sitting in class on orientation day. My 3 year college journey was full of ups and downs, between strikes and family losses. But I managed to overcome and design my way through it all. After receiving my diploma in the mail due to Covid-19, I was finally able to walk across the stage in June of 2022.
I've been working as a full-time graphic designer for just over 3 years now, at a place called McBain Signs & Graphic Design.
